MEMBERSHIP TYPES

SENIOR A member who is aged between 21 and 65 as at 1st

May 2013.

UNDER 21 A member who is aged under 21 as at 1st May 2013.

SENIOR CITIZEN A member who is aged 65 or over as at 1st May 2013.

FAMILY A member under 11 years of age as at 1st

May 2013, whose parent, grandparent or guardian is a fully paid up member, and is entitled to free membership for the season. A separate application form must be completed.

COACHING PERMIT A member who wishes to coach for reward. It has nothing to do with members who wish to be coached! Any member wishing to play or coach for reward at the Club may only do so with the express agreement of the Club Committee. Once agreement has been obtained, a fee of 24.00 is payable in addition to any other category of membership subscription.

MEMBERSHIP FEES GENERALLY:

Membership fees become payable on acceptance of applications. The season runs from 1 May 2013 to 30 April 2014. New members will be invited to pay a refundable charge of 9.00 for personal keys to the Clubhouse (one set of keys per family).

Membership will entitle players to an electronic copy of the Kingfisher News newsletter. A nominal fee of 2 pounds applies if you wish to receive hardcopies of the newsletter.

No other charges are applicable for use of the Club, other than those for optional special events and those referred to in this document.

Should prospective members wish to submit their membership fees at the same time as their applications, they may do so, and these will be refunded should their applications not be approved.







APPLICATION FOR ETTA INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP FOR 2013-2014

Our Premier Club status requires that all Members (in all categories) must become Individual Members of the ETTA (English Table Tennis Association). If you are making an Application to join our Club for the season 2013-2014, you will need to be a member of the ETTA for the same season - the ETTA season runs between 1 August 2013 and 31 July 2014 - and advise us when you have applied for/renewed your ETTA membership. Failure to do this will invalidate your membership of the Club and we would not be able to register you for any League play. You have the option of becoming:

a Licensed Member (required for ETTA events)

a Player Member (required for League Play)

an Associate Member of the ETTA (required for Club Play) The type of membership you require will depend on your required use of our Club.
