Paul is a sought-out individual with over 20 years of experience in delivering critical IT security services and solving business security challenges for top global companies. Companies that he has worked with include EDS, General Motors, GE, Dow Chemical, The Washington Post, The United Nations, MCI, Prudential, and Mitsui. Paul has been EDS’ Chief Information Security Officer at General Motors and Chief Security Officer at Dow Chemical. His background includes incident response leadership, IT security operations, professional services, systems engineering, managed services, and product support. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strengths in leading change to meet business challenges, maximizing productivity / revenue, motivating teams, and achieving customer satisfaction. He has a CISSP certification, and is a member of ISSA, IACs, and the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge. Paul is a director in Cisco’s Security group and is responsible for Advanced Threat Defense thought leadership, AMP Threat Grid service delivery and customer support. Diana Kelley is the Executive Security Advisor (ESA) to IBM Security and the manager of the IBM Security Newsroom. As ESA she leverages her 25 years of IT security experience to provide advice and guidance to CISOs and security professionals. She also works with IBM Security product management to help set strategic vision and direction for the portfolio. She has contributed to the IBM X-Force report and frequently publishes on the SecurityIntelligence and SmarterPlanet blogs. She is a current faculty member with IANS Research where she leads forums and symposiums on topics including Compliance and Risk, Mobile, Security in the Cloud, DevOps, Security Awareness and Application Security and serves on the Advisory Board for InfoSec World. Jim Dolce is the CEO of Lookout. Jim has been the founder of four successful technology companies and has held senior executive positions at both Juniper and Akamai Technologies. He was most recently at Akamai as Vice President, Carrier Market Development and before Akamai was the founder and CEO of Verivue which was acquired by Akamai. Prior to Verivue, Jim served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations for Juniper Networks, where he led the company's global sales, marketing and customer service efforts. During his tenure, the company grew from annual revenue of $547 million to $2.3 billion. Jim joined Juniper through the acquisition of Unisphere Networks, where he served as CEO. During this period, he guided the company’s rapid growth from initial product launch to over $200 million annual revenue. Jim currently serves on the boards of privately held Benu Networks in Billerica, MA, Juniper Networks and Infinera in Sunnyvale, CA, and is a Trustee of several nonprofit organizations. Jim holds a BS in Computer Engineering from University of Rhode Island.
