Two people are needed to carry the box, because of the weight and bulk. When ready to unpack and to remove the contents from the carton, turn the carton 90 degrees from its upright position. Open the left and right ends of the carton. With one person pushing on the contents from one side, have another person pull from the opposite side until contents are removed from the carton. When carrying the table up or down stairs, it is advisable to remove the plastic wrap from the table tops and carry each piece individually to reduce the weight. The following pages will provide a breakdown of the parts contained within the carton.

Part 1: CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

Step #1 – WHEEL LOCK ASSEMBLY

Slide #34 (RED WHEEL LOCK) down over #32 (LOCKING WHEEL PIVOT). When the holes line up, insert #HWD-19 (PIN) through the hole of the assembly to secure both parts in place. The pin will have raised edges on one end. These edges will bite into the plastic securing the connection into place. Because of the raised edges you will need pliers to push the pin into place. REPEAT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SECOND ASSEMBLY.

Place #6 (T-SHAPED CENTER SUPPORT) with the flange facing away. (Please refer to diagram above.) Slide #HDW-1 (M8X125 BOLT) though #HDW-12 (16MM WASHER), then though the base of #6 (T-SHAPED CENTER SUPPORT), and then though #HDW-13 (25MM WASHER). REPEAT THIS FOR OTHER SIDE OF CENTER SUPPORT BRACE. Place #HWD-24 (STEEL CASTER ROD) inside the WHEEL LOCK ASSEMBLY. Place #HWD-24 (STEEL CASTER ROD) inside #9 (BLACK SWIVEL FOR NON LOCKING WHEEL). On the bottom of the left hand side of the center support, slide #9 (BLACK SWIVEL FOR NON LOCKING WHEEL) though #HDW-1 (M8x125 BOLT). Place #HDW-12 (16M WASHER) on the bolt and tighten on the #HDW-15 (M8 BOLT CAP) to secure assembly. Tighten the bolt so that it is secure, and yet the pivot assembly is able to rotate freely. On the bottom of the right hand side of the center support, slide the WHEEL LOCK ASSEMBLY FROM STEP 1 though #HDW-1 (M8x125 BOLT). Place #HDW-12 (16MM WASHER) on the bolt, and tighten on the #HDW-15 (M8 BOLT CAP) to secure assembly. Tighten the bolt so that it is secure, and yet the pivot assembly is able to rotate freely. REPEAT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SECOND ASSEMBLY.

Slide #HDW-5 (M8x110 BOLT) though #HDW-12 (16MM WASHER), then though #8 (WHEEL FOR NON LOCKING CASTER), then though another #HDW-12 (16MM WASHER). Place CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY from Step 2 with the flange facing away. (Please refer to diagram above.) Slide the bolt assembly with the washers and wheel, through the NON LOCKING WHEEL PIVOT that is attached to the left hand side of the base of the CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY. Slide a #HDW-12 (16MM WASHER), the #8 (WHEEL FOR NON LOCKING CASTER), and a #HDW-12 (16MM WASHER) onto the #HDW-5 (M8x110 BOLT).

Place the #HDW-15 (M8 BOLT CAP) to the end of the #HWD-5 (M8x110 BOLT) and twist to secure the assembly. Tighten the bolt so that it is secure, and yet the pivot assembly is able to rotate freely. REPEAT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SECOND ASSEMBLY.

Step #4 – CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY – LOCKING WHEEL

Slide #HDW-5 (M8x110 BOLT) though #HDW-12 (16MM WASHER), then though #35 (WHEEL FOR LOCKING CASTER), then though another #HDW-12 (16MM WASHER). Place CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY from Step 3 with the flange facing away. (Please refer to diagram above.) Slide the bolt assembly with the washers and wheel, through the LOCKING WHEEL PIVOT that is attached to the right hand side of the base of the CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY. Slide a #HDW-12 (16MM WASHER), the #35 (WHEEL FOR LOCKING CASTER), and a #HDW-12 (16MM WASHER) onto the #HDW-5 (M8x110 BOLT).

Place the #HDW-15 (M8 BOLT CAP) to the end of the #HWD-5 (M8x110 BOLT) and twist to secure the assembly. Tighten the bolt so that it is secure, and yet the pivot assembly is able to rotate freely. REPEAT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SECOND ASSEMBLY.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR LOCKING WHEELS Press the red wheel lock lever down to lock the wheels in place. To release pull up on the red lock.

Step #5 – CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY – NET POST (A)

With the raised sides of #27 (ADAPTER FOR NET POST) facing #17 (NET POST), slide the adapter onto the two post flanges. Insert the two post flanges into the large holes near the top of the CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY. (Please refer to diagram above.) REPEAT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SECOND ASSEMBLY.

Step #6 – CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY – NET POST (B)

Slide the #HDW-22 (3MM SQUARE NUT) into the two notches at the base of the #17 (NET POST) on the CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY. (Refer to Figure A in the above diagram.) Slide the #HDW-4 (M6x45 BOLT) through the holes on the back side of the CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY and through to the #HDW-22 (3MM SQUARE NUT). (Refer to Figure B in the above diagram.) Using the supplied wrench, tighten the bolts firmly. REPEAT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SECOND ASSEMBLY.

Step #7 – CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY – For Outdoor Tables ONLY (For Indoor Table Assembly Skip This Step)

Step #8 – CENTER SUPPORT & PIVOT ASSEMBLY

Position #PRE-3 (CENTER PIVOT ASSEMBLY) with the bottom two pivot screws facing the support flanges of the CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY as shown in the above diagram. Slide the two pivot screws through the two holes in the support flanges. Apply the #HDW-18 (M6 NUTS) to the ends of the pivot screws and tighten to secure. Slip the #HDW-10 (12MM WASHER) to the two #HDW-6 (M5x65 BOLTS). Align the holes at the top and bottom of the CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY to the #PRE-3 (CENTER PIVOT ASSEMBLY) as shown in the above diagram. Push the bolts through the two aligning holes in both assembly parts. Place the #HDW-17 (M5 NUTS) to the end of the bolts. Tighten the nuts to secure the assembly. REPEAT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SECOND ASSEMBLY.

Part 2: CHASSIS ASSEMBLY Step #9 – CENTER SUPPORT CHASSIS ASSEMBLY

Position the two CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLIES with the connected CENTER PIVOT ASSEMBLY parts facing each other. (Refer to the diagram above.) Place the two #28 (BLACK BRACE INSERT) onto each end of #14 (CENTER SUPPORT CROSS BRACE). Slip each of the #HDW-13 (25MM WASHER) onto the two #HDW-3 (M8x60 BOLTS). Align the holes at the bottom of each of the CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLIES with the holes at each end of the CENTER SUPPORT CROSS BRACE. Slide the bolt and washer combination through each CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY and into the CENTER SUPPORT CROSS BRACE. Tighten the bolts to secure the assembly.

Step #10 –CHASSIS SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

Place #14 (CENTER SUPPORT CROSS BRACE) on a flat surface. Slide the bottom of #PRE-4 (LOCKING SIDE BRACE ASSEMBLY) onto the right side of #14 (CENTER SUPPORT CROSS BRACE). The bent portion of the assembly should be facing the front. Slide the bottom of #15 (NON LOCKING SIDE BRACE) onto the left side of #14 (CENTER SUPPORT CROSS BRACE). The bent portion of the assembly should be facing the front. (Refer to the above diagram for correct placement.) REPEAT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SECOND ASSEMBLY.

Step #11 –CHASSIS & TABLE TOP ASSEMBLY

Lift the #PRE-1 (TABLE TOP HALF – PREASSEMBLY) and place the bottom table edge into the CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY (from Step 9), resting it in a notch between the center support and pivoting arm. The attached legs and bracing on the table half should by facing outward. There will be two sets of tubing pre-attached to the bottom side of the table top. The set located at the top, is the end legs of the table. The set located at the bottom, is bracing to be integrated with the table chassis. Slide the ends of the table’s lower attached brace over the end of the cross brace from the CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY (from Step 9). The cross brace will now have two connected braces on each of its ends. Place one #28 (CROSS BRACE INSERT) at each end of the cross brace from the CENTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY (from Step 9). This cross brace is now ready to be attached to the table chassis just above the wheels. Slide a #HDW-13 (25MM WASHER) onto a #HDW-3 (M8x60 BOLT). Repeat this with another bolt and washer. Insert the bolt and washer combination through the hole in center support of the table, just above the casters. Align the cross brace so that the bolt is inserted into the hole in the #28 (CROSS BRACE INSERT). Firmly tighten #HDW-3 (M8x60 BOLT) to secure assembly. Repeat with the bolt and washer combination on the other side of the brace. REPEAT THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SECOND TABLE HALF. Slide #29 (RED LOCK END CAP) over the end of the sliding locking brace, with the hand shape facing down. (Refer to the diagram above.)

Step #12 –END LEG CROSS BRACE ASSEMBLY

With the back side of #21 (CROSS BRACE FOR TABLE END LEGS) facing up (not the side with logo imprint), slide #22 (PLASTIC END INSERT) into the end of #21 (CROSS BRACE FOR TABLE END LEGS) so that the notch in #22 (PLASTIC END INSERT) matches up with the hole in the back of #21 (CROSS BRACE FOR TABLE END LEGS). REPEAT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SECOND ASSEMBLY.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNFOLDING THE TABLE

To unfold the table, first unlock the left side. To do this, push down on the top toggle of the lock so that it swings down and clicks into place. Then go to the right side lock. While supporting the table half, grip the bottom of the lock and squeeze until the top bolt is released. While still supporting the top, ease the table top down into the unfolded position. NEVER ALLOW TABLE TOP TO DROP DOWN.

Step #15 – ATTACHING THE CENTER SUPPORT COVER

Align the flanges on #16 (CENTER SUPPORT COVER) with the three holes on the table’s center support just above the casters. (Refer to the above diagram). Push the flanges into the holes on the table’s center support. Secure the #16 (CENTER SUPPORT COVER) to the table by inserting three #HDW-9 (3,9x13 SCREWS) into the holes on the backside of the table support. REPEAT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SECOND ASSEMBLY.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FOLDING THE TABLE

Press the locking lever up and lift the table half upwards. Continue to press the lever during the first part of the upward motion. Lift up from the edge of the table and walk it forward until it locks into place in the folded position.

Step #16 – NET INSTALLATION

Insert the TENSION ROD HOOK into the side of the NET. Take the TENSION TOP STRING from the top of the NET and tie it to the WHITE PLASTIC TENSION ADJUSTMENT TAB. Leave a few inches of string from the end of NET to the end of the WHITE PLASTIC TENSION ADJUSTMENT TAB. Insert the top end of the TENISON ROD HOOK into the hole in the top of the NET POST. Insert the end of the bottom of the TENSION ROD HOOK into the hole at the base of the NET POST. This will connect the NET to the NET POST. Slip the WHITE PLASTIC ADJUSTMENT TAB onto the small hook on the side to the NET POST. Screw the HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT KNOB into the underside of the NET POST to secure the TENSION ROD HOOK. REPEAT THE ABOVE STEPS FOR THE OPPOSITE SIDE ON THE NET ASSEMBLY.
