Rotary Free Clinic Without Walls

How it works:•The Rotary Free Clinic Board of Directors and KMHA staff actively recruit providers•It provides an opportunity for physicians to see a designated number of physicians each month.•Providers are enrolled by completing enrollment packet•Patients can be screened and referred from KMHA or Little Flower Clinic•Patients are given a voucher (pink slip)•Number of referrals, visits and visit outcomes are tracked through logs•Additional referrals are made if necessary and medication are obtained•Reports are provided to referring providers with follow-up instructions
