Isabelle, a French born American, came to the U.S.more than 20 years ago. As a successful homefurnishing industry executive, she was surprised atthe difficulty her American friends had findingdecorative window treatments and the exorbitantprices they were willing to pay for French andItalian home goods.

Thus, the idea of KENISAHOME was born, acollection targeted for the American customer,beautiful yet reasonably priced readymadewindow treatments that can be easily installed.

The window treatments are handcrafted withFrench and Italian fabrics in the U.S.

Her unique collection reflects her eye for design andthat special French elegance that is unmatchedanywhere on the globe.

Kenisa uses only high quality fabrics withwidths from 54” and 118”.

Kenisa ready-made panels have 2” side and 4”bottom hems that deliver exceptional look, feel,fullness, and durability.All Kenisa panels are napped lined to add body,provide sunlight protection, prevent fading ordiscoloration and enhance insulation.

All panels include a 3” drawstring heading tapethat reinforces the fabric, helps to preventsagging and adds versatility to achieve manydifferent styles with only one panel.

These ready-made panels are adjustable inwidth and can be finished in French pleats,inverted pleats, flat top, or pocket heading.The length of the panel is over 110”,accommodating higher ceilings.

All the fabrics used in the creation of the panelsare exclusive to Kenisa and not available atRetail/Trade in the US. While the draperymarket is populated with plenty of companiesselling ready-made panels, their offerings are notadjustable and rarely lined.
