A million reasons — that’s what women in the spotlight sometimes find to justi-fy getting (and overdo-ing!) plastic surgery. The same cannot be said for Lady Gaga. “Her struc-tural framework seems similar,” says NYC-based plastic surgeon Dr. Ryan Neinstein, who, like the other experts quoted in this story, hasn’t treated the star. He thinks Gaga’s had just the right amount of tweaks and has been partic-ularly smart about how she’s maintained her skin. “She’s likely had new collagen stim-ulated through laser treat-ment [cost: $3.5K]. It looks really good.” NYC-based

dermatologist Dr. Gary Gold-enberg agrees, adding that the singer also shows “few signs of sun damage,” which is another sign of a good la-ser treatment. Also upgrad-ed? “Her lips,” asserts Troy, Mich.-based plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn. “They look more plump and pouty, so I suspect she’s had some filler there, as well as in her cheeks.” It’s clear that Gaga, 31, who once admitted to be-ing “obsessed” with facial in-jections, has learned what works. Says Dr. Youn: “She looks great!”
