Rigorous Teaching & Learning• In order to promote a challenging learning environment, all of

the curriculum is aligned to the CCGPS. During the duration of this course, your student will:

• Read often- The parallel novels for this course have been chosen to enhance your child’s literacy skills and vocabulary acquisition.

• Write often- Writing for various purposes and audiences is accordance with CCRPI (College/Career Ready Performance Index)

• Speak often- Students will learn to speak fluently and confidently in front of an audience.
