Keiji Nakazawa

*Born in 1939 in Hiroshima*Was in 1st grade when the bomb was dropped*All of his family members were killed by the bomb except for his mother*First wrote/illustated I Saw It a biographical manga about his life during and after the bombing.*Afterwards he created Hadashi no Gen (Barefoot Gen) a fictional manga based on his experiences during the bombing.*80% of the events in the manga are from his own experiences.
