The TCM® customer portal is the gateway to your turbine information. Through the secured online and user-friendly TCM® Customer Portal, our monitoring clients are able to login and obtain a fast and easy overview of the health indicators for each major component monitored.
Further information from the TCM® Customer Portal could include events and status summaries, e-mail notifications, fault tracking, lists of recommended actions and more...
In the TCM® Customer Portal you are able to obtain reports with information of each turbine and its components.
Depending on your service level, the TCM® Monitoring Event report provides you with a health indicator for each component, a description of the detected fault, and recommended actions to be taken. It also includes a time for reaction, letting you know how far you can stretch before taking action.
The TCM® Monitoring Assessment report is a condition report assessing the general health condition of your turbine. It is a yearly report providing you with information independent of events and failure detection. It gives you an overview of each turbine and its components.

Total Integration with TCM® EnterpriseTCM® Enterprise Server is a platform for large-scale TCM® installations capable of monitoring thousands of turbines on multiple sites, offering condition monitoring on a global scale. Col-lecting data and information in a centralized server provides a better overview of windfarms, and makes it easy to extract data.
Embedded TCM® Site Server
The TCM® Site Server can be a physical or virtualized server for managing TCM® installations. This can be a convenient common access point among users of TCM® which can have access to its web based interface. If you have an TCM® Enterprise installation and don’t need this common access point you can opt for an embedded TCM® Site server.
The embedded TCM® Site Server is integrated in the TCM® Enterprise Server. This allows for all the functionalities with a normal TCM® Site Server without any need for physical hardware. There are no interface and all data must be accessed through the TCM® Enterprise Server. The embedded TCM® Site Server is suitable for small wind farms, allowing companies to get the CMS project started on a small budget.

The TCM® Enterprise test environment is an Enterprise server parallel to the existing TCM® Enterprise server in the production environment. The TCM® Test Enterprise Server operates in a passive mode and cannot affect the production Enterprise. Therefore it provides an efficient and risk-free environment for system verification, validation, test and training, as well as integration with other business applications, e.g. ERP systems using the TCM® RESTful interfaces.
