Steps to Add A Dashboard

1 On the navigation bar, click Dashboard.2 Click New.3 Enter a name to easily identify the dashboard.4 In the Available Panels box, click a panel and then click Add. Repeat for

each panel that you want on the dashboard page.5 Use the arrow buttons to arrange the panels in the order that you want

them to display.6 In the Selected Panels box, click a panel and click Edit to set the panel

properties. 7 Use the available options to define the information that displays in the

panel.8 Click OK to save the panel.

The Financial Edge Panels

Accounts Payable Track aging information based on your organization’s aging periods, rank vendors based on balances, display invoices due, and open purchase orders.

Accounts Receivable

Track aging information based on your organization’s aging periods, rank clients based on activity, and display analyses of revenue, collections, service, sales, and cash receipts.

Fixed Assets Track projections of depreciation and book value, provide a list of asset acquisitions, and rank assets based on values you select.

General Ledger Track general ledger activity within your organization. View summaries of income statement and balance sheet information, accounts that are over budget, percentages of expenses and revenues, and cash flows. Track revenue and expenses for selected projects and a project’s percentage of an allocation pool.

Cash Receipts Provides a Cash Receipts Analysis panel which displays cash receipts for selected categories. This panel is shared with Accounts Receivable.

Payroll Panels provide high-level measurement and statistical information about your employees and employee payments.

Student Billing Track aging information based on your organization’s aging periods, rank payers based on activity, and display analyses of revenue, collections, service, sales, and cash receipts.

Shared Panels Panels shared among programs can provide a ranking of users based on their activity.

The Raiser’s Edge Panels

Campaign Summary

Illustrates how close you are to reaching your campaign goal based on the income generated by your campaign. You can customize this summary to include additional campaign statistics such as the number of gifts received and the average gift amount.

Solicitor/Team Campaign Performance

Illustrates how close your solicitors and teams are toward reaching their goals for a specific campaign based on the income generated by their efforts.

Campaign Fund Analysis

Provides an analysis of the number of donors and number of gifts given in relation to either a campaign or reporting hierarchy.

Fund Summary Illustrates how close you are to reaching your fund goal based on the income generated by your fund. You can customize this summary to include additional fund statistics such as the number of gifts received and the average gift amount.

Solicitor/Team Fund Performance

Illustrates how close your solicitors and teams are toward reaching their goals for a specific fund based on the income generated by their efforts.

Appeal Summary Illustrates how close you are to reaching your appeal goal based on the income generated by your appeal. You can customize this summary to include additional appeal statistics such as the number of gifts received and the average gift amount.

Appeal Package Response

Lists the details of specific appeals and the packages assigned to them. The list displays a breakdown of the packages including the number solicited, number of donors, number of gifts, and total gift amount.

Recent Gifts List Shows a list of gifts recently received by your organization. You can limit the results of this list in several ways; such as choosing to see only gifts given toward a specific campaign.

Recent Tribute Gifts List

Shows a list of gifts recently received by your organization for one or more tributes.

Expected Gifts Summary

Shows anticipated cash flow over a future period of time based on active pledges, matching gift pledges, and recurring gifts made by your constituents.

Overdue Gifts List Provides a list of constituents who have an overdue gift balance. You can customize this list to include additional information such as when the donor last received a reminder.

Giving Clubs Groups donors based on categories specified in the Donor Categories tables in Configuration. You can customize this list to include additional information such as the total gift amount.

Giving Summary by Constituency

Groups donors based on the constituency code specified on the Bio 2 tab for the donor. You can optionally limit the results of this list by selecting specific Campaigns, Funds, or Appeals.

Donor Giving Analysis

Shows new, repeat, increased, decreased, and recovered donors. You can optionally choose to breakdown the results by constituency code.

Recurring Gift Missed Payment Summary

Shows unrealized payments for recurring gifts with consecutive missed payments since the last payment. You can report on gifts that have been set up but never paid, gifts with at least one payment, or both.

Recurring Gift Amendment Summary

Shows summary information for amendments including the variance and variance percentage. This dashboard can be used to monitor the progress of an upgrade campaign by campaign, fund, appeal, package, constituent code, and pay method.

Solicitor Status Helps you monitor your solicitors’ performance based on their activity over a specific period of time. You can optionally limit the results in several ways; such as by choosing to see only the top performers based on the number of gifts generated through their efforts.

Solicitor Performance Graph

Helps you monitor each solicitor’s performance compared to the other solicitors. You can optionally limit the results of this graph by specific solicitors, gift types, or a date range.

Constituent Action List

Shows a list of actions. You can optionally limit the results of this list in several ways; such as choosing to see actions that fall within a specific date range, or constituents who have a specific constituency code.

Event/Appeal Action List

Shows a list of actions for one or more events or appeals. You can optionally limit the results of this list in several ways; such as choosing to see actions that fall within a specific date range or actions assigned to specific solicitors.

Solicitor Action List Shows a list of actions for one or more solicitors. You can optionally limit the results of this list in several ways; such as choosing to see actions that fall within a specific date range, or actions that are currently open.

Queries Panels based on a Campaign, Fund, Gift, Action, or Solicitor query.

Action Reminders Shows a list of all reminders for actions that are not completed. You can customize this list to include additional information about the actions such as time, phone number, and email addresses.
