Creation in the 21st Century with DavidRives welcomed Dr. Robert Carter, who explained that what kills us as we age is mutation accumulation. Natural selection is not building higher and bigger things. Dr. Terry Mortensen warned us not to make scholars our authority, but to make the Bible our authority. Dr. Henry Morris informed us that Carbon 14 can only date plants and animals. Frank Sherwin said that DNA gets corrupted every 24-hour period, but enzymes heal it. Just like an editor looks for grammatical errors in a manuscript, enzymes course through the body fixing mistakes. Dr. Tommy Mitchell told us the Bible talks about dinosaurs.

Joy in Our Town welcomed Ty Choice with the Men of Nehemiah, who told us how their organization helps the homeless and substance abusers. Michelle DeGrate with Christian Community Action talked about how they help the unemployed. Harvor Davis with Soupmobile shared how their organization feeds thousands of people daily with their mobile soup kitchen. Susan Stephens with Exodus Ministries helps people break the cycle of generational crime. Wayne Walker with Our Calling offers a discipleship program for the homeless. Kris Habashy

with Connecting City to Farm offers farm camp to city people. Kathy Williams explained how the Sunshine Outreach Center helps seniors with everyday life challenges. Tosha Herron-Bruff with Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity helps give affordable home ownership to those who otherwise would not have a home.
