Summary
IAS user static passwords can be used in various ways with IAS. For example when
requesting a Virtual OTP with a VDP enabled DIGIPASS, authentication against IAS if
no DIGIPASS is assigned (dependent on policy settings) and storage of back-end
password forwarding. It may be useful to see if which users do not have this value
set.

Open pgAdmin III from Start Menu � All Programs � PostgreSQL 9.2 � pgAdmin III

Right Click on PostgreSQL Database Server 9.2x (localhost) and select connect
Enter the password for the database account.
Default User: digipass
Default Password: digipassword
Expand PostgreSQL, expand Databases and then highlight postgres.

• IAS user’s staticpassword will be blank if no password is set

Accessing PostgreSQL in Linux
Login to the IDENTIKEY Authentication Server Chroot environment:
vds_chroot <install dir> /bin/bash
Switch to postgres user:
su postgres
Login to PostgreSQL server as the postgres user:
psql -U postgres -d identikey
The following query will provide the following information.
• IAS Userid
• Domain
• IAS user’s staticpassword will be blank if no password is set
Select vdsuserid, vdsdomain, vdsstaticpwd from vdsuser where vdsstaticpwd is null
