stakeholders, demonstrate measurable results, and illustrate its significance in a new

environment that is drastically changed over the past 15 years: technologically,

politically and economically.

Passed an International Regulatory Cooperation Law. Implemented scalable face-to-face, print/online communications strategy and executed engagement activities to elevate the profile and raise awareness of the agency, engendered understanding and participation at multiple high-profile events among key stakeholders. Launched an innovative, award-winning website, online forums, broadcast live meetings, and obtained positive press coverage in tier one media outlets (print, online and broadcast).

Challenge: Design and implement a campaign to support the Model Agency Initiative,

designed to establish and identify model practices for federal agencies—both large

and small, and both new and established, to help agencies become model 21st

century agencies driven by innovation and the adoption of best practices.

Facilitated internal focus groups and brainstorming sessions to launch interagency governmental ‘Best Practices’ initiative. Designed, and launched an associated website, and an internal and external communications strategy. Secured media attention with radio and blog coverage.
