• Free 15-minute classroom Skype. • Low negotiable cost for additional time or series of Skype visits in one

classroom/organization. • Half day (up to 3 hour) visits begin at $400, full-day (7 hour) at $750. • Weekend pricing differs – please inquire. • Craft and science project supplies for over 25 participants incur extra charge. • No charge for travel within 40 miles of New Hope, PA. • Outside free travel radius, mileage/transportation and accommodation costs may apply. • 20% discount per visit for 2 or more nearby visits scheduled on consecutive days; travel

costs split between schools.

NUTS AND BOLTS

• Katey will work with you to arrange pre-orders with your preferred vendor and to personalize them as time allows.

• Katey can supply you with educational materials and “swag” for use before and after the visit to ensure your students get the most out of their experience.

• Lunch with students and/or faculty is always included in full day programs (and can be added to half-day programs).

• Contact Katey directly with questions, date requests, or proposals. • A signed contract is required to book a visit. Payment in full is due the day of the visit.

Travel expenses can be handled per your organization’s policies, but must be reimbursed within 30 days of visit.
