Qualified means you have purchased or sold (to customers) at least 100 PV (personal volume) worth of products since your enrollment. Active means you have maintained Personal or Customer product orders totaling at least 100 PV per month.

Retail Sales -Every Brand Promoter can earn 20% on the BV (business volume) of their customers' web orders. As a Qualified & Active Promoter, you will also earn a percentage of the Customer web orders generated by Promoters in your Sponsorship Tree - down an additional 3 Levels - helping to build your residual income.BV from Customer web orders is imported into Uni-Level at 50% of Retail Price.

Infinity Fast StartAs a Qualified & Active Promoter, you can begin earning the Infinity Fast Start bonus on the product packages purchased by new or upgrading Promoters. Each Enrollment or Upgrade package has a defined Fast Start amount, which you begin earning from your personally enrolled promoters and their personally enrolled promoters — this continues for infinite width and 4 levels down.

If you personally enrolled Tim, that would mean Tim is on your 1st level. If Tim enrolled Chris, that would mean Chris is on your 2nd level. You can also earn multiple Fast Starts as Promoters upgrade from Starter to VIP, or Starter to Promoter, etc.
