In 2004, the Karimpol Group opened a new branch office in Bratislava, Slovakia, to adequately address the rising Slovakian market.

As a first project, Karimpol Slovakia developed the Bratislava Logistics Park Phase I to serve rapidly growing needs for modern logistics and warehousing facilities.

Located just outside Bratislava with excellent connections to the E75 highway linking Bratislava with the new automotive centres in Trnava (Peugeot) and Žilina (Hyundai), the first

phase was an immediate success. Thus, Karimpol Slovakia started the second phase. These initial two phases, comprising 68,000 m2, state-of-the-art warehouse space in two halls of 34,000 m2 each, were completed in 2008.

Now, to expand the Bratislava Logistics Park, two additional phases will be developed between 2011 and 2015. Phases III and IV add a total of 83,000 m2 modern warehouse space in two halls of 37,000 m2 in Hall C and 46,000 m2

in Hall D. Suitable for warehousing, logistics and light industry / assembly.
