While appearing for documents verification, you are required to bring the following documents inORIGINAL for verification together with one extra set of self‐attested photocopy for verification:‐

1. System generated print out of application form filled up by you online.2. Secondary School Certificate and Marks‐Sheet in support of date of birth.3. Certificate and Marks‐Sheet of ITI/NAC4. If married, Marriage Certificate, issued by competent authority.5. If married, a declaration regarding number of children born before1.6.2002 and on or after

1.6.2002 indicating date of birth of each child (Format of declaration enclosed).6. In case you have any disabled child, please bring the Medical Certificate issued by the competent

authority regarding his/her disability.7. Bonafide Resident Certificate. Those candidates belonging to TSP area will have to submit

Special Bonafide ResidentCertificate of TSP area. Other Bonafide Resident Certificate in respectof them will not be considered.

8. Discharged Certificate issued by competent authority in case of Ex‐serviceman.

9. Caste Certificate issued by competent authority (for employment in State Govt. services), ifbelongs to SC/ST/BC/SBC of Rajasthan.

a. In case you belong to BC/SBC(non‐creamy layer), you are required to produce theCertificate of BC/SBC issued on or after 13.04.2014.

b. If certificate of BC/SBC (non‐creamy layer) issued in between 13.04.2012 to12.04.2014,you will have to submit a declaration that you do not belong to creamy layer(Format of declaration enclosed).

c. The certificate of BC/SBC issued prior to 13.04.2012shall not be entertained and in thatcase the candidate will not be considered in BC/SBC category.

10. A declaration that no criminal case is pending against you in any Court and you have not beenconvicted in any criminal case. If you have been convicted or any criminal case is pending againstyou, the detail should be mentioned (Format of declaration enclosed).

11. If you have availed age relaxation for working as daily rated/workcharged/apprentice or oncontract basis in JVVNL,experience certificate issued by any officer not below the rank ofAssistant Engineer, clearly indicating the period of working/training.

This Call Letter does not confer any right of appointment. Appointment of suitable candidates on thepost of Technical Helper (Probationer Trainee) will be subject to document verification and thereafterstanding in final merit as per selection criteria.Please note that no TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing for document verification.

Note :‐ In case you fail to appear for document verification at the scheduled time & date or toproduce the above required documents in original, it will be presumed that you are not interestedfor your appointment as Technical Helper (Probationer Trainee) in JVVNL and your candidature willstand rejected automatically. No request will be entertained for postponement of date of documentverification.
