High Voltage Module Engineer 06/06-01/09Ford Motor Company, Dearborn, MI

Designed and released EDS Components for Escape Hybrid vehicles. Release responsibilities included HV Cables and DC-DC Convertor.

Integrated & designed PDB into HV harness design package to upgrade EDS to meet the increased load demand for HV because of introduction of Electric A/C.

Worked with electrical system and software engineer team to develop architecture for high voltage/high power system for plug-in hybrids.

Develop Harness partitioning scheme, Load Analysis, short circuit prevention, EMI shielding concepts and grounding paths.

Worked with HV Battery, Transaxle control module and HVAC Engineers in creating robust Diagnostic Pinpoint tests.

Used 3D harmonization & IVED system tools. Completed change control process for engineering changes to part. Update CAD, ICD and BOM accordingly.
