2015 has truly been an unpredictable year! As we look back at last winter’s headlines, the 2015 predictions were all off the mark. Interest rates, inflation and the stock market were all predicted to escalate much higher in 2015. However, as a surprise to many, the Federal Reserve continues to keep rates historically low. There has been little to no change in inflation and although volatile, the stock market has experienced very minimal growth. Meanwhile, international concerns, the undetermined true cost of Obamacare, and the pending rise of interest rates and unemployment remain on the minds of many. Will our economy come to a standstill and will we face another bust in the real estate market?

CBIZ & Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C., along with Polsinelli, are proud to host a real estate and economic outlook seminar designed to provide insight as we peer into the future. This seminar will benefit real estate developers, commercial lenders, investment bankers, underwriters, licensed real estate agents, investors, accountants, attorneys, government officials involved with the housing and development markets, as well as other professionals giving advice to people in the real estate industry and the general business community.

Our two firms are very excited to bring this well-seasoned, talented group of speakers together to share their knowledge, business acumen and perspective on today’s economic environment and its impact on the future. We hope you can join us on November 13th. This is an event you don’t want to miss!

Warmly, Scott Slabotsky, CBIZ & Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C.William J. Sanders, Polsinelli John Petersen, Polsinelli
