With close to three decades of experience in the electrical industry, JVS Electronics offers a basket of products

including numerical and electromechanical relays, Visual and Indicating instruments and control panel

accessories.

The products of the company are manufactured at the company's sophisticated manufacturing facility at

Manchanayakanahally, Bengaluru-Mysuru highway in Karnataka, India.

Backed with a highly talented design team at the company's technology centre, a quality oriented

Technology CentreJVS has a sophisticated product development group at its technology centre. The highly experienced and qualified

engineers having specialisation in different branches of engineering sciences, work on new technologies so as to

design superior products that offer solutions in various applications.

Equipped with modern design tools, strict adherence to design standards, the technology centre is the back bone

of the company's product development initiative.

Most of the products developed by the technology centre are patented. JVS has acquired many awards including

the ones for pioneering research from department of MSME, Government of India and from many organisations

including IEEMA award for Best product development in various ELECRAMA events.

All the products of the company are subjected to testing at various reputed accredited laboratories.

At its manufacturing facility, JVS Electronics has various production lines equipped with modern infrastructure

for testing. The manufacturing is carried out in ESD protected environment and is backed by KANBAN stores, for

smooth flow of manufacturing without line stoppages. The quality management practices are managed by

PROCON-Process and Continuous learning Group, that constantly works on bettering Quality Processes across

the organisation. 5 'S' practices in the shop floor is implemented and many other Lean manufacturing methods are

constantly introduced in the facility.

For Academics we conduct three training programmes:

JVS Electronics envisioned PEAK (Programme for Exchange and Augmentation of Knowledge) in its bid to contribute the

improvement of quality of Education imparted to the students.This objective is being achieved through Faculty develop-

ment programs and student training programs in addition to exploratory laboratories.

Setting up Modern power systems labs in universities so as to facilitate students to understand the concepts -hands on ,

has also been another activity under the PEAK banner of JVS Electronics.These laboratories have indeed been found very

useful by the students and have been commissioned at various colleges in India.
