Justin Taylor recently revealed the cover art and release date for his anxiously awaited Bassoon Concerto no.

1. The score will be released to the public Feb. 15th, 2011. There are speculations about a pocket size version

which will also be available shortly thereafter. Taylor will be one of the handful of major composers who have

composed a concerto for the instrument.
