print for “Just a Smile” which is a song written by Linda O’Leary who is hoping to raise

funds for The Share a Dream Foundation. Linda’s daughter Nicola won the National Child of

Courage Award in 2011 and it was because of the immense difference that the Share a

Dream Foundation made to both her daughter’s and their family life that she decided to do

something to raise money for them.

“Just a Smile” was inspired by having to watch her daughter struggle with daily pain and

illness for the last 9 years and never really getting a chance to have happy carefree

childhood, it was also inspired by seeing what a difference the Share a Dream Foundation

can make by making wishes come true for specials needs and terminally ill children and

giving them a little time away from their illness

“I wrote this song, says Linda, to help raise much needed funds for Share a Dream so they

can continue to make Dreams come true for children all over Ireland. I want every family

with a special needs or terminal ill child to experience what we have with the Share a Dream

Foundation because sometimes life can be so short with these special children’s that it is

important to create really amazing memories”

Limerick to be announced soon.
