Teknik Waktu
• Teknik Krononologis ‘Waktu’ adalah teknik penyampaian dengan menggunakan waktu sebagai milestones/Tonggak .
• Biasanya bermanfaat untuk menjelaskan suatu perkembangan.
• Contoh :
– Perkembangan suatu Trend bisa terlihat dari era zaman-nya:
• Era 80-an Era 90-an Era 2000
– Perkembangan technology : • Masa Lalu Saat Ini Masa Akan datang
– Perkembangan Manusia : • Masa Kecil Masa Dewasa Masa Tua
Structure Teknik Kronologis :
Start from The End
• Pada teknik ini kita mulai dari memikirkan hasil/end-Result (output) apa yang diinginkan. Lalu mundur kebelakang untuk melihat apa yang diperlukan dilakukan (process) dalam mencapai End-Result tersebut dan akhirnya melihat apa yang diperlukan untuk menjalankan process tsb (Input).
• Teknik ini bermanfaat untuk memberikan gambaran tujuan yang ingin di capai , bagaimana cara/proses untuk mencapai-nya dan apa yang di perlukan untuk melakukan proses itu.
• Contoh : – Output : Dalam rangka memenangkan kompetisi ini ,
mis: Olahraga – Proses: Kita perlu berlatih keras dan proses pelatihan
yang tepat – Input: Untuk itu di perlukan Talent-talet dan Coach yang
tepat.

• Struktur 3 sudut pandang memberikan kita masukan informasi (pandangan ) dari berbagai sisi . Kadang di perlukan empathy atau data/fakta untuk melakukannya.
• Bermanfaat u/ menjelaskan suatu hal/issue dari berbagai sudut pandang.
• Misalnya : – Tolok Ukur keberhasilan sesuatu project akan berbeda
jika dilihat dari : • Sisi Konsultan Menguntungkan
• Sisi Perusahaan Memberi Nilai Tambah
• Sisi Pegawai Memudahkan pekerjaan

• Teknik ‘Pro , Contra & Recomend” biasanya dipakai untuk menyampaikan/menimbang suatu usulan atau memutuskan suatu perkara.
• Caranya: – Bisa di mulai dari salah satu sisi , Pro = Hal-hal yang
mendukung , Contra = Hal hal yang tidak mendukung
– Lalu kita sampaikan rekomendasi-nya. Yang mungkin merupakan ‘jalan tengah’
• Misalnya : – Mobile Technology :
• Pro : People can work anywhere , anytime
• Contra : It can be abused .
• Recommend : Implement in with high security & Policy.

• Misalnya:Sebuah Projek ‘Implementasi ERP software’ diharapkan mempunyai dampak positif pada : – Finance & Sales : Meningkatkan Revenue

Teknik Zoom (In/Out)
• Teknik Zoom biasanya digunakan untuk menjelaskan sebuah pola / trend dengan menampilkan level detail yang berbeda .
• Caranya: – Zoom-in: Mulai dari yang high-level / besar , meuju ke
yang lebh detil / kecil – Zoom-out : Sampaikan mulai dari yang lecil/lokal ,
meuju ke yang besar/global
• Misalnya: – Di tahun 2000 Dampak Krisis Ekonomi Global
yang terjadi di berbagai benua , mempengaruhi juga perekonomian di Indonesia. Di Cikarang , beberapa multi-National Company telah menutup/mengurangi fasilitas pabriknya.
