For sun safety, please retain Rashie Top for secondary school use. BATHERS & RASHIES It is compulsory from Year 2 to Year 12 to wear Walford School Bathers. In Junior School a Walford Rashie Top is compulsory for school swimming and strongly encouraged to worn by all students in all year levels. Swimming is a compulsory subject undertaken in the first week back to school so please could you check (before the start of the school year) that your daughter’s current bathers and rashie top still fit and will be ready for her to wear in the new year. HATS: It is compulsory for all students to wear a school approved hat while in the school grounds during Terms 1 and 4 and recommended all year round. Straw hats are compulsory to wear to and from school with their summer and sport uniform. In Junior School House Coloured hats are to be worn in the yard during recess and lunch times. AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT Whilst every effort is made to carry all items in all sizes at all times, things sometimes go wrong and suppliers can take in excess of 12 weeks to deliver re-ordered stock. To avoid disappointment and to guarantee you have what you need for the start of the new school year, please ensure all your uniform needs are purchased before the end of term 4.
