Campus Tours including Residential Life (12 - 3 p.m.)

Chi-O ClockThe campus tour is a 1½-hour walking tour of campus. Tour guides will highlight the central part of campus and a residential life ambassador will end the tour by showcasing two of our most popular housing styles. Tours depart every 15 minutes from Chi-O Clock in the Student Union Plaza with the final tour departing at 3 p.m.

Campus Services Showcase (12 - 2 p.m.)

Student Union Plaza (north of Student Union)The showcase of campus services lets you see and experience many campus entities all together. During this time, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the variety of resources across campus that will be vital to your college experience at OSU.

Honors College & Undergraduate Research (12:30 - 1 p.m. AND 1:15 - 1:45 p.m.)

Student Union Theater, Room 203This session will provide information on eligibility requirements, honors courses, honors awards, benefits and other special research opportunities to enhance your undergraduate experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to tour honors housing in Stout Hall following the session.

Applying to OSU & Understanding College Financial Aid (1:15 - 2:15 p.m. AND 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.)

Student Union Ballroom, Room 265During this session, we’ll tell you about steps to becoming an OSU Cowboy, including the timeline for optimal scholarship consideration and ways to make the most of your OSU application. You’ll also learn more about the scholarships, grants and other financial assistance programs we have to help you with college expenses.

Application opens for 2018-19 seniors at admissions.okstate.edu/apply.Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (fafsa.gov) as soon as possible after Oct. 1 using OSU school code 003170 to be considered for the most financial aid.Early opportunity application deadline for maximum scholarship consideration.Housing registration opens for admitted students. Apply at reslife.okstate.edu.Priority application deadline for scholarship consideration.Deadline to accept some OSU scholarships. Final deadline for official test scores and transcripts for scholarship consideration.

Assured Admission

Students qualify for assured admission if they meet one of the following criteria:

• 3.0 unweighted cumulative GPA or higher AND top 33.3% rank in high school graduating class, OR

• 3.0 GPA or better in 15-unit core AND 21 ACT/1060 SAT or higher, OR

• 24 ACT/1160 SAT or higher.

Comprehensive Review

At OSU, ALL STUDENTS are encouraged to apply because we individually review each application for our holistic and alternative admission programs.

We consider many factors, including high school GPA, ACT or SAT scores, completed application essays, leadership experience, community involvement and accomplishments.

OSU does not consider the essay component of the ACT/SAT for admission criteria listed above. SAT scores indicated here represent tests taken on or after the national March 2016 test.
