Flex DoseThis product contains 90 tablets per bottle. Dosing is broken down

into three groups based on a child’s age. Depending on the child’s

age group, the 90-count bottle is a 30, 45, or 90 day supply.

Directions for UseChildren 2 to 4 years old, chew one (1) tablet daily. Children 4 to

8 years old, chew two (2) tablets daily. Children 9 to 12 years

old, chew three (3) tablets daily. Store in a cool, dry place.
