Gina Armada • Submitted by Jenny MattsonFor such a good effort in CUE prep and presentingour products at the booth or whenever anyone asksfor help.

Patty George • Submitted by Bob ConzemiusTim Kinney of Badger Graphics called me looking forideas on selling a pressure seal application as they hadnot sold one prior in Madison. I was tickled that Timtackled the new opportunity rather than walk away froma challenge that no one locally was familiar with, so weset out to help. Patty supplied Tim with samples, quotes, maintenance estimates, brochures, referencesand design ideas. The result was a successful sale toThe Bruce Company.

Dustin Hagen • Submitted by Bryan JoasFor his recent work under pressure to deliver a DEDocument Self Service application that was stable andreliable to Apache. Dustin spent many extra hours overa period of weeks to finally deliver a working solution.

Bill Matlock &Ross Anderson • Submitted by Jenny MattsonFor the tons of great customer feedback at CUE.

Teresa Myers • Submitted by Sherry DiedrichShe has done it again! Her consistency in providingthorough and professional communications to ourclients for software maintenance billing is muchappreciated by MHC clients and our MHC team. Greatjob Teresa!

Erin Hauber • Submitted by Jenny MattsonGot a shout out from our customer during our jointpresentation. The message was if you are working withMHC, ask for Erin. He is great.

Terry Swinehart • Submitted by Dave HartungFor all her hard work in implementing the ordering sitefor our new client Cassidy Turley. Cassidy Turley has 35offices who order print from us via 451.We won thisbusiness through an RFP and were required toimplement the program in a very quick timeframe. Terryworked very hard to spearhead a very complicated

PRISM Awards

implementation of the on-line ordering site and had it upand running in the time frame requested. In additionTerry is currently in the process of completing an on-linedigital asset storage site for Cassidy Turley which alsoproved to be very complicated and brought us into someareas using the 451 tool which we currently have notbeen.

Gina Raske • Submitted by Dave HartungFor her efforts in the execution of a very large businesscard order. The largest one I have ever been involved in.Gina oversaw the implementation of the initial businesscard order for a new brand rollout for our new client,Cassidy Turley. The exercise was very complicated witha very short production timeline. The initial request wasfor 1000 sets of business cards with orders coming from35 locations all needing to be produced and deliveredwithin 10 days. In addition proofing was required via theon-line ordering site and was part of the 10 dayrequested turn time. This was a very difficult task andGina got it done.

Sandy Keogh • Submitted by Gina RaskeSandy worked diligently to get the Cassidy Turleyordering site up and running. She worked to make surewe met the customer’s needs (with a great attitude andefficiency) she is definitely worth being recognized. Ifshe had not stepped up, we would not have been able tomeet the deadlines the customer was requesting. Thanks for all of your hard work Sandy!

Lori Haugesag • Submitted by Dave HartungLori oversaw the production of all other branded itemsfor the Cassidy Turley brand rollout. Letterhead, envelopes, note cards, folders etc. for the 35 offices.Orders were received via 451 and batched for besteconomies. Time frames were very short and multipleorders were coordinated using multiple vendors. Loriorchestrated the process and we met our deadlineswithout one error. This also was a hugeaccomplishment.

Congratulationsto thePRISM Awardrecipients ofJune 2, 2010!

MHC Runners hit the Streets of Minneapolis

Kudos to Kristina, Lindsey and Patty for participating in the Team Ortho Minneapolis Half Marathon earlier thismonth. After four months of intense training, all three completed their FIRST half marathon with the same goal– to finish! Bob and Emily Waitz provided cheers and much needed encouragement on the sidelines halfwaythrough the course and the runner’s husbands were there to watch them cross the finish line. Being thededicated employees that they are, they even donned TEAM/MHC tattoos (hmmm – next year sponsorship?)Congratulations girls!!
