GENERAL INFORMATION • Camp will be from 8:30am until 5:00pm June 29-July 1 and 8:30am - 3:00pm on July 2, 2015. • We will not be sending out a confirmation letter to you regarding the camp. Once we have received your registration form and camp tuition, you are registered for the camp. • Just show up the morning of registration, June 29th at 8:30am with your instrument. • The Grand Finale Concert will be Thursday, July 2nd at 1:00pm in the McEachern High School Performing Arts Center. All parents and friends are welcome to attend. • All Students will need to Register in the lobby of the McEachern High School Performing Arts Center on Monday, June 29 from 8:30 until 9:30. • Auditions for Band and Chair placement will begin at 9:30. Locations of the auditions will be given to you upon arrival at the camp. • Auditions will be:

6th Grade - 2 Scales of your choice and Sight Reading 7th Grade - 3 Scales of your choice and Sight Reading 8th Grade - 3 Scales of your choice and Sight Reading All Percussion - 2 Rudiments of your choice on snare, 2 Scales of your choice on bells and sight reading on snare and bells.

• A Daily Itinerary and Lunch Menu will be given to you upon registration • Lunch will be provided for you each day at the Camp from 11:30 until 1:00. Please note on the medical form if your child has a peanut allergy or any other food allergy

• Concessions will be sold each day at recreation time. Bring a few dollars each day if you would like to purchase a snack.

• Dress comfortably for the entire week’s activities. Shorts and T-shirts are appropriate at all times. You will dress in Shorts and your Camp Shirt for the Grand Finale Concert. • A full group picture of the camp participants will be taken Monday after auditions and will be available for purchase at registration. The cost is $10 per photo and will be ready for pick-up at the Grand Finale Concert on Thursday.
