Cut white card stock to 4 ½” x 9” and create a top-fold card. 2. Stamp the drop in pink ink at the top center and bottom center. Stamp the drop in green ink at the center right and center left. Repeat the process in the following order: orange, purple, yellow, and blue. Slightly overlap the drops. 3. Die cut thank from black card stock and adhere it with dimensional adhesive to the color wheel. 4. Stamp the sentiment using watermark ink onto black card stock and heat emboss with white embossing powder. 5. Trim you to size and adhere with dimensional adhesive. Card 2: 1. Cut white card stock to 4 ½” x 9” and create a top-fold card. 2. Die cut the drops twice from pink, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple card stock. 3. Adhere to the card front using dimensional adhesive. 4. Trim any excess that extends over the sides of the card. 5. Stamp the sentiment using black ink. 6. Die cut the tiny heart from red card stock and adhere with glue. Design tips: • Use a stamping tool to stamp the drops twice on top of each other for more color intensity. • Notice the stamped pattern features 12 drops. Think of the face of a clock to help you position the drops for evenly spaced images. Use light pencil marks to indicate spacing if necessary – simply erase when done!

Steps:1. Cut white card stock to 4 ¼” x 11” and create a top-fold card. 2. Cut white card stock to 4 ¼" x 5 ½". Blend ink onto panel and splash with water to distress.3. Use a wave die to create a mask for blending ink on the card interior. Stamp bubbles using blue ink.4. Die cut a circle from the card front and front panel. Die cut the porthole from silver card stock. Adhere it with shaker pouch to the front panel and the panel to the card front.5. Stamp and heat emboss a sentiment on the cover and card interior.6. Stamp, color, and die cut the images for the card front and interior. Assemble as shown.

Design tips:• Turn your porthole into a shaker by adding small die cuts and sequin “bubbles.” Back with clear acetate to maintain the see-through nature of the porthole.• To make masking clean and easy, die cut the wave from masking paper or Post-It Tape rather than card stock.

Steps:1. Cut white card stock to 4 ½” x 11” and create a top-fold card. 2. Cut a white panel to 4” x 5 ¼” and stamp a background pattern and sentiment using black ink. Attach to card front.3. Cut another white panel, stamp and heat emboss the pattern using black ink and black embossing powder.4. Blend sections of the embossed panel using two different red inks. Trim two heart shapes from the panel using scissors. Use the emboss lines to guide your cuts.5. Attach hearts to card front using dimensional adhesive.

Design tips:• A grid design can be used to create an endless variety of icon shapes. To plan your design, stamp the pattern on a piece of scratch paper and use coilored pencils or pens to plan your design.• For a solid color icon, you can stamp and cut your icon from colored card stock and skip the ink blending.

Steps:1. Cut light gray card stock to about 4 ¼” x 11” and create a top-fold card. 2. Cut a panel of white card stock to 5” x 6”. Using yellow ink, create a stenciled sun in the center of the card, positioned slightly closer to the top of the card front. Next blend blue ink around the sun to the left, right, and top edges of the panel and green ink along the bottom edge. Add water drops to distress and allow to dry. Die cut a stitched flap panel from the inked piece and then, a circle from the flap, centered on the sun.3. Die cut a circle sized to fit the shaker pouch and frame. Stencil a sun onto it using yellow ink. Stamp and color a flower onto the center of the backer circle. Assemble your game with the backer circle, maze shape, sphere, and shaker pouch. Adhere the frame obver the shaker pouch to finish.4. Stamp, color, and die cut two fairy images. Stamp a sentiment onto the bottom of the flap using black ink. 5. Adhere one of the fairies to the back of the flap panelso that she peeks out from the lower left corner. Trim any overhang if necessary. Adhere the flap panel to the card base.6. Attach the maze to the card front within the circle window. Attach the second fairy die cut to the card front using dimensional adhesive.

Design tips:• Use Velcro or magnetic tape to attach your maze so the recipient can remove it to play. Add indicator words like “lift” so the recipient knows it can be removed.• Removeable maze assemblies would be a fun addition to mass-assembed cards like invitations and Valentines as well.

Steps:1. Cut white card stock to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and create a top-fold card. 2. Use aqua ink to stencil a cloud background onto the top half of the card front.3. Die cut sand from tan card stock and daub tan ink around the edges. Die cut sea from aqua card stock, stamp and heat-emboss waves, and blend aqua ink down from the top edge of the die cut. Die cut a wave to slide your ship into. One the ink has dried, add detail with a white gel pen. Attach sand and sea die cuts to card front. 4. Stamp and heat emboss your sentiment using gold embossing powder. Stamp seagulls using gray ink.5. Die cut and assemble a palm tree. Stamp, color, and die cut a pirate, chest, coins, and ship. Adhere all elements with the exception of the pirate flat to the card front. Attach the pirate using dimensional adhesive.

Design tips:• When building a scene with perspective, keep in mind the visual triangle rule to achieve realistic perspective. Stamp-ing the birds in a light gray ink helps create perspective as well — the lighter color emulates the look of the birds flying in the distance.• Decide the position of your ship before stamping your waves to ensure pleasing placement of all the elements.
