Wayland-Cohocton Class of 2010 members who joined in the annual GRAD BASH fun, started off the all-

night event with a trip to Sea Breeze Amusement Park. Students spent the night, until 5 am, locked in at the

school for fun, food and loads of games. This years Under the Big Top theme provided a drug and alcohol

free activity for the soon-to-be grads, off the roads, and under adult supervision

child into a weather enthusiast. Glue and shaving cream clouds, wind and rainpaintings, wind sock, rainbows, solar art, pinwheel, and a very *cool* surprise.

~ Paint Extravaganza ~July 20-22 ages 3-5: 10-11:30am ($30) ages 6-10: 2-4pm ($40)

Participants will experiment crayon resist, marbling, rubber stamping, string, straw,spatter, and blot painting, and more, with an emphasis on watercolor and acrylic.

~ Storybook Cooking ~(ages 6-10) August 4-5, lOam-lpm ($40)

Thundercake, Stone Soup, Cook a Doodle Doo, Walter the Baker, Pizza at Sallys,and Gingerbread Man will serve as our inspirations as we learn kitchen safety and

prepare our lunch for each day.

~ Backyard Bird ing ~(ages 6-10) August 10-12 ,9:30-11:30am ($40)

Bird identification, behavior, communication, and survival. Attracting, feeding andprotecting the birds. Projects will include journal, bird feeders, nesting box, and

other fun bird stuff.

Children will have access to different types of looms and materials to createmasterpieces sure make them proud.
