Balanced story with comments from both plaintiff and defendant. Gave school an opportunity to

respond to allegations, which was crucial. Writer did a good job with structure to keep most important

elements at the top; story could have benefited from a tighter edit. Would have preferred to see the

reason for the lawsuit an unjust firing in the lede rather than the dollar amount.
