It has 6 schools, 19 departments and 1 professional master's degree program. It has 1,094 academic staffs, 1,437 Ph.D. students, 3,947 MS students and 4,828 undergraduate students. 1,664 international students are studying there that include 145 Thai students (as of May 1, 2018) Tokyo Tech ANNEX Bangkok https://www.titech.ac.jp/english/globalization/overseas/annex_bangkok/ Tokyo Tech opened Tokyo Tech Thailand Office in 2002 at the Thailand Science Park. It supports public relations of Tokyo Tech, research collaborations, student exchange program, and educational program named TAIST-Tokyo Tech. In March 2018, Tokyo Tech opened Tokyo Tech ANNEX Bangkok within the NSTDA to develop more collaborative research between industry and academia. In 2019, ANNEX Bangkok launched the Tokyo Tech Research Showcase. Intended to facilitate the identification of potential seeds for collaborative research with companies and organizations in Thailand and the surrounding region. IntroductionHistory and Current Status
