CAREER OPPORTUNITY Title: Ticket Services Senior Agent Department: Ticket Services Reports to: Ticket Services Manager, Day Shift Location: Dallas JOB SUMMARY: This full time 40 hour/week position in our inbound customer service center supports phone sales and customer service for patrons of the AT&T Performing Arts Center and our partners. Senior Agents will be the first and primary contact for patrons taking the majority of the Center’s inbound call volume each day. Senior Agents are responsible for taking all phone calls in a timely and efficient manner. The position will be scheduled to generally work 5 days per week between the hours of 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday - Friday. However, the flexibility to work any shift to support our event calendar and business needs will be necessary. This position is a great fit for anyone with ticketing, call center or box office experience as well as an interest and appreciation of the performing arts and/or entertainment industry. Position Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Support the day to day ticketing, sales and customer service operations of the Center and its partners in the customer service call center. Respond to patron inquiries regarding events, ticketing, parking, website navigation, membership services and overall customer service/sales assistance. Communicate effectively and maintain high standards of customer service with each interaction over the phone and via e-mail. De-escalate situations and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Print, audit and package tickets to events for mailing or will-call. Accurately enter patron and order information into the Tessitura ticketing system. Actively monitor all Center customer service email accounts and communicate with other departments to obtain information relevant to the customer’s inquiry. Coordinate complimentary and charity ticket requests with the appropriate Center department. Provide recommendations for streamlined processes that offer improved business efficiencies, customer service and customer experiences. Balance credit card batches and assuming responsibility for transaction accuracy. Additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
