Story of Oils begins

in the garden!

God intended we live freely to

enjoy the gentle scents of

essential oils. Nothing can

replace a relationship with

nature, but essential oils can

help bridge the gap. They are

a distillation of the life force

and healing energy of plants.

Whether we know it or not,

molecules of essential oils are

in the air. Spiritually and

emotionally uplifting and

healing. It appears, God was

the first aroma therapist! Alexis & Patches in the Mountain Meadow

What are Essential Oils?

• Essential Oils are highly concentrated, chemically complex, volatile, aromatic oils produced by various parts of some plants.

• One drop contains appx. 40 million, trillion molecules. 4 with 19 zeros after it.

• We have 100 trillion cells in our bodies.

• One drop of E.O. has enough molecules to cover every cell in our bodies with 40,000 molecules.

• Tiny molecular size gives them advantage to readily LEAP into air; entering our noses & be detected as odor. Scent receptors transmit impulses - affecting a positive change!

Comment from Jeanne Rose

• Noted author Jeanne Rose - March 2010:

• “Any hydrosol that is fresh and clean can be sprayed on an injury to both clean it and to reduce pain. When you fall, you might strain muscles but you may also scrape the skin. In particular, for sports scrapes, thorns, small cuts; the best hydrosols are the ones that you have with you but, Lavender, Tea Tree & Owyhee are good! “

Culinary Lavender can be as sweet

as a new born baby

Lavender contains linalyl acetate, linalol, geraniol,

cineole, limonene and sesquiterpenes.

It contains no fat and very few calories.

How To Use in Tea:

Lavender can be ingested any time of day.

Fill a mug with one teaspoonful of dried

lavender and pour over it 1 cup of steaming

hot water. You can strain the tea after the

mixture steeps for 10 minutes.

When ingested, lavender is an effective herb used to

treat headaches, depression, exhaustion, insomnia

and the aches and pains of rheumatism,

according to "Holistic Herbal: A Safe and Practical

Guide to Making and Using Herbal Remedies. Emma Marie 9/14/12

Grass fed beef is higher in:

• Vitamin E

• Beneficial omega-3 fats

• Conjugated linoleic acids or CLA (strong antioxidant) – Both reduce the risk of heart

disease.

Cows benefit from rich grass diet, too. Omega 3’s are formed in the grass & they are passed onto us when we eat the beef.

Besides, grass-fed beef tastes better. I know because I eat it. Cowboy Cam & Grandpa Bob
