WELCOME! We have prepared several activities to prepare you for the program. We don’t

want you to feel uncomfortable when we do the Leadership Journey.

Imagine a guitar.

“TUNING IN”

For it to make beautiful music, its strings have to be in

tune.

If one of the strings is out of tune, it

wouldn’t sound nice, would it?

Thus, musicians carefully listen to each string,

putting each in its place to make beautiful melody

and harmony.

Treat the program as your dance

partner.

In order for you to take all the experience in, you have to be in tune

with it.

For you to be able to embrace the messages, you have to practice it a couple of times before you ‘dance’

with it.

You don’t have to feel a waste of space. You

don’t have to feel like you’re nothing on this

planet.

Like a firework, you will ignite this world. I guess,

this song wants you to look within --- to find that deepest desire and share that to your

world.

We’d like you to have a bucket list. Like a

business organization, have a PERSONAL

SWOT.

you most proud of? What are you most

embarrassed about?

What are the common themes in your life? What are

the patterns?

Why is that so?

The first step in this program is for you to have an idea of yourself – who you are

what you can dowhat you cannot do

your potential and limitations

In life’s journey, every experience will either

make or break you. Not knowing yourself fully

will hinder you in growing.

The challenge for us is to constantly try to grapple with ourselves—to know who we are as we experience triumphs and failures, success

and heartaches.
