This portfolioIn this portfolio I present a summary of some of the most relevant projects that I have done through my recent years of professional experience.These projects cannot be explained in deep detail because all of them are strictly confidential. They are in fact real cases designed for companies that I have been working with. Due to my versatility within strategic design, in the past years I have been working as a Business Designer, Strategic Consultant, Service Designer & Design Researcher in projects end-to-end.

I would like to remark that I have been leading a number of teams in relevant strategic projects by means of a tailor-made design process based on innovation. Most of the time my approach has been based on adapting the Design Thinking Process to the requirements of the different types of projects.

I am truly passionate about the intersection of strategy, innovation, and design.I have an exceptional ability to think strategically and creatively, and express insights, opportunities and ideas, both powerfully and accurately.I am able to manage and oversee the delivery of a range of projects, and also to define the project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders. Maintaining sound client relationships is a core value that I take into account on a daily basis. This means to understan, analyze, and responde to their views and needs in ways that actually exceed their expectations.

I master a huge variety of design research tools, user center/market research and a professionalized intuition to identify and respond to: - new business opportunities, - markets, - insights,- problems and unmet needs, - and last but not least, trends and connections that can be tapped and turned into innovative new business opportunities, products and services.
