JOOI OF READINGKids who love to read know how much fun it can be to open up a book and discover the story that waits on the pages inside!
Aside from the fun a good book can bring, it gives young readers a brighter future. Children who read are more likely to do wellin school and be more successful in all areas of their lives.
JOOI OF READING
By getting children excited about reading early in life, they can take this excitement with them as they grow. And in a few years, they will be passing their love of reading along to other kids!

A FACE FOR LITERACYMac King, a Las Vegas magician
and supporter of children’s literacy, is the spokesman for JOOI of Reading. King wants to pass along the JOOI of Reading by making sure that children realize just how fun reading can be! King’s involvement in the program includes a special section of the JOOI website. This section includes a comic strip area called Mac King’s Corner and a list of “must-reads” from King’s young daughter, who is an avid reader.
