– We are here to identify, establish and report on collaborations

– You will be presented up-to-date often non yet published result– We adapted to the program and timing for the synchronous

virtual format:• All participating institutions will attend at the same time• Duration: 3h per day, over 3 days• Only short talks and Break-out sessions. No project report, no

plenary/keynote.– Short talks: 10 minutes (make your case!) + 30 of discussion– Break-out sessions: format at the organizers’ discretion

How we manage the workshop

• Sessions: short talks and BOS will be presented in this zoom room– Short talk sessions are chaired to ensure 10 minutes talks– BOS sessions are managed by the organizers

• Discussions– Each short talk will have its own discussion session (link from the website)– The discussion can go on for 30 minutes after which attendees are

expected to return to the main session (reminders will be available)• Slack: jlesc.slack.com

– Help is available in #help_desk (Laura, Kathy, George, Daniel)– Announcements about the talks will be made in #announcements

• Social events: BYOB we provide the zoom rooms (ask #helpdesk)
