Series
This morning we will look at the second message in this series, iBelieve: In Miracles.
What are we to think about miracles? Did they really occur in the Bible? Do they still
occur today? What purpose do they play in our lives?
Mission Haiti
Pray for our team of folks that left early this morning for Haiti to do construction and
evangelistic work. The nation is still in a state of disaster both physically and
spiritually. Pray for the safety of our workers and for God to use them effectively
for His glory.
Easter Schedule
Don’t miss the Passion Service on Thursday, April 5 at 7pm. On Easter Sunday we will
have our regular service schedule at 8, 9:30, and 11. In order to be able to handle the
capacity of the crowds on Easter Sunday, we will have Worship Services only with no
Sunday School.
Reception for Dany and Kimberly Daniel
Next Sunday is Dany and Kimberly’s last Sunday with us before moving to their next
ministry assignment at First Baptist Church of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. We want to send
them off with our love and prayers. From 2-4pm we will have a reception in their honor
in the Garden Room. If you would like to do so, there will be a place at the reception to
bring cards, letters, and love gifts for them.
Legacy Conference May 13-16
This conference is sponsored and hosted by our Legacy Ministry, but everyone is
invited. Our theme this year is “Knowing God.” Our guest speaker is Dr. Jimmy
Draper, former pastor of First Baptist Euless, President and CEO of LifeWay
Resources, and President of the Southern Baptist Convention. Dr. Draper will preach in
all three services on Sunday morning, we will have luncheon services on Monday and
Tuesday from 11:30-1:00, and finish out on Wednesday evening at 6:30pm.
