National Cadet Pilot ProgrammeHigh School graduates

We are looking for young, ambitious UAE Nationals to join to become pilots. You could

be among the world’s best trained pilots and fly one of the youngest and most modern

fleets in the sky.

Training: The training duration is approximately four years and is divided into three main phases:

• First phase (Foundation Programme): Takes place at Emirates Training College. Duration of this programme will be 36-75 weeks and will include foundation English (2 levels), foundation aviation courses and personal development. Trainees will be placed in English, Aviation English and Aviation Science courses, depending on the trainee’s English language abilities.

• Second Phase (Flight Training Programme): Duration of this phase is 18 months. This phase will provide approximately 220 hours of flight experience to trainees, and give them a course completion certificate, Commercial Pilot Licence with Multi Instrument Rating (CPL/multi IR), Frozen Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL), Jet Orientation Course and Multi Crew Cooperation Course (JOC/MCC).

• Third Phase: Takes place for 9 months. This will provide online training. Upon completion of this phase, trainees are ready to fly large jet aircraft across our global network.

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License Programme

High School graduates

This 5 year in-house programme is designed to offer high school graduates an Advanced

Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering issued by Emirates Aviation University,

accredited by National Qualifications Authority (NQA) in the UAE and the opportunity to

obtain an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License from the UAE General Civil Aviation

Authority (GCAA), with the goal of becoming an Aircraft Maintenance Technician.

TrainingIn-house Engineering Programme consists of:• 3 years Theoretical and Practical

training (including a 12-week Technical English course)

• 2 years on-the-job training (mandatory to obtain the License from UAE GCAA)

Air Transport Management Programme


This unique programme integrates business and aviation management with the aim of

equipping high school graduates with a strong theoretical knowledge base, combined

with practical experience. Upon successful completion of this programme, students

would have attained a Bachelor in Air Transport Management, accredited by the Ministry

of Higher Education (MoHE). Students will also be well prepared for operational and

commercial roles in various areas within the Emirates Group.

TrainingTraining will involve:• 4 years academic study at Emirates

Aviation University (EAU)• 1 year on-the-job training

Recruitment Process• TOEFL paper-based (ITP) score 430

and above or IELTS Band Score (5.0) and above

We are looking for UAE Nationals to join us in operational roles, in areas including

airport operations, ticketing and reservation, Emirates Group Security, telephone sales

and cargo.

We are looking for talented UAE Nationals who are eager to develop their skill-sets

in order to contribute toward the safety of the aviation industry.

TrainingTraining will include 36 months of classroom and on-the-job training as well as academic studies, to earn a Diploma in Aviation Security from Edith Cowan University, Australia.

Commercial, Airport Operations and other service departments.

Training: Training can involve 12 months of structured work assignments and training modules covering general business as well as job-specific skills.

National Graduate Training Programme

University/College graduates

We are looking for graduates to join us in various departments such as IT, HR, Finance,

Training: Training will involve 12 months of on-the-job training, classroom and project assignments covering basic airline industry knowledge, functional and management skills.

station within our global network. After successful completion of the programme,

you will lead the cargo operations in an outstation office where your responsibilities

include developing tailored product and sales initiatives for the continued success of

your station.

Training• 18 months in Dubai • 2 months outstation attachment



Khulasat Al Qaid



National Emirates Airport Services Outstation Management Training Programme


This programme offers the world as your classroom. We are looking for graduates who

will be trained for 20 months to become Airport Service Managers within our global

network. After successful completion of the programme, you will manage the airport

operations at an Emirates station where you will maintain a high level of customer

service and manage operational procedures including check-in, boarding, special

services and baggage services.

Training• 16 months mainly in Dubai• 4 months of outstation attachment



Khulasat Al Qaid



National IT Graduate Training Programme


We are looking for graduates who are keen to apply their technical skills in a dynamic

environment. This programme will offer you the opportunity to diversify your portfolio

through involvement in various IT projects.

Training• 24 months of on-the-job training
