CL IENT SUCCESS STORY – Residential and Retail Market Analysis for the Lafitte Corridor in New Orleans, Louisiana

Currently in its final stages of approval, the Lafitte Greenway is a proposed greenway path to connect residential neighborhoods and provide an essential cultural and recreational outlet to residents of New Orleans. As one of New Orleans’ signature post-Hurricane Katrina revitalization projects, the Lafitte Greenway is expected to provide a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle to the diverse population living in its surrounding area. RCLCO worked with a team of consultants to understand how this greenway trail and surrounding park areas could drive economic development and neighborhood revitalization, and recommended a funding solution for the ongoing maintenance of the project.

ASSOCIATE POSIT ION

Associates join our team as junior consultants to gain unmatched experience in real estate analytics and exposure to the industry. Associate team members may stay at RCLCO to advance their careers in real estate consulting, or may eventually pursue other career or educational opportunities; our Associates have gone on to successful careers in real estate development, private equity, banking, investment, and public policy.

Associates work directly with project managers and senior firm leadership to provide foundational support for RCLCO’s market research, financial and statistical analyses, and professional reports and client presentations.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE POSIT ION

Senior Associates are emerging managers of RCLCO’s consulting engagements, including market research, financial modeling and optimization analyses, and investment opportunity analyses. They manage the efforts of junior consultants and collaborate with a dynamic team of peers and senior firm leadership, to deliver market-based, forward-looking advice to our clients.
