WHAT’S NEW WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES Michael R. Brennan, D.O., will provide information on new medications to treat Type 2 diabetes and new devices to monitor blood sugars without finger pokes.

MICHAEL R. BRENNAN, D.O., M.S., FACP, FACE

Michael R. Brennan, D.O., received his master’s degree in epidemiology and completed his medical school at Michigan State University. Dr. Brennan’s residency was in internal medicine and pediatrics at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. He completed his endocrinology fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.

Dr. Brennan serves as assistant professor for both the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Michigan State University and Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine and endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism. Currently, he is chief of endocrinology at Beaumont Hospital, Grosse Pointe and the director at the Beaumont Endocrine Center.
