Callers are welcome at our office at Liveridge Hill (on theBirmingham Road, A3400, just north of Henley) where there isample parking. You will find our cheerful staff happy to answer anyqueries you may have.Excursion Bookings: To make a provisional booking, a simpletelephone call is all that is needed. We will hold places for youwithout obligation for 7 days. You can book directly with our TravelOffice, through an appointed Travel Agent, or on-line atwww.johnsonscoaches.co.uk. Please note that provisional bookingswill be cancelled automatically if payment is not received within 7days.Confirmation of Booking: In order to confirm your booking, werequire payment in full within 7 days. Once payment is received wewill send you your excursion ticket which confirms receipt ofpayment and the number and location of seats booked. Pleasecheck your confirmation details carefully as late alterations willincur charges. Pick up times will be confirmed within 5 days of theexcursion departure date.Methods of Payment: All normal methods of payment, includingcash, are possible at our Offices. By post, with a cheque (a bookingform is enclosed for your convenience) or by debit/credit card – ieSwitch, Visa, Mastercard, by telephone or by post. PLEASE MAKECHEQUES PAYABLE TO: ‘JOHNSONS COACH TRAVEL’. Please notethere is a 2% charge for payments made by credit card.Reductions for Senior Citizens, Students and Children: SeniorCitizens and Students (with a valid student card) are carried at theConcession rate. Children aged 4-14 are carried at the Child rateslisted in this brochure. Please note we cannot acceptunaccompanied children below 14 years of age.Cancellation:(a) BY THE COMPANY – should circumstances arise where, due toless than 20 bookings, we are forced to cancel any excursion, allmonies paid by all passengers for that particular excursion will berefunded. Following that, the Company shall be exempt from anyfurther liability. However, in addition to this, we will offer a 10%discount off the price of an alternative excursion booked as aresult of the cancellation.(b) BY THE PASSENGER – you may cancel your booking at anytime prior to departure, subject to the following conditions:(i) For cancellations notified to us more than 7 days prior to thedeparture of the excursion, a £5.00 charge per booking is made.(ii) For cancellations for which less than 7 (but more than 1) cleardays notice is received, a £15.00 per person charge is made.(iii) For cancellations made within 1 day of the excursion, the fullcost of the excursion will be charged.(iv) Special cancellation charges may apply where admissiontickets are purchased in advance.
