Introduction Sisters  of  Today  and  Tomorrow  (SOT)  is  a  non-­‐profit  organiza;on  with  a  mission  to  encourage  and  upli@  young  women  of  color  by  exposing  them  to  teaching  of  career  explora;on,  dinner  e;queEe,  job  prepara;on,  healthy  exercise  and  nutri;on,  leadership,  networking,  effec;ve  communica;on  (wriEen  and  oral)  skills,  and  life  skills  to  young  women  ages  9-­‐18  years  old  (SOT,  2013).  The  programs  are  free  to  par;cipants.  This  organiza;on  will  track  the  par;cipant’s  progress  and  success  while  they  are  members  of  the  program.
