Welcome

JWWe believe that when the mind is happy and being stimulated, a person’s overall attitude and health is improved. Our activities coordinator personally meets with each resident upon moving in to discuss all of their interests. Residents can participate in as many activities as they like, or as few as

activities at John-Wesley Villas.

There is so much to do and see in Macon. Whether it’s visiting the Shoppes at River Crossing, taking in a show at the Grand Opera House or eating lunch at The Fish and Pig, you can be assured there are lots of opportunities for fun. However, it is not necessary for residents to leave the property to have a great time. Our activities director can transform our common areas into a beautiful tearoom for a Mother-Daughter Tea, or create a Fall Wonderland for our annual Low Country Boil.

Our residents are encouraged to participate in activities, but we understand that not everyone will -

ing around others, but may not like the lively parties or outings. We also offer residents the option to join several clubs that play different card and board games. For those who are interested in learning more about a wide variety of topics, we bring in fabulous and knowledgeable speakers.

Additional ServicesFor residents requiring a higher level of assistance, an additional fee is charged based upon the level of care provided. Assessments are performed initially at the time of move-in, and again after 30 days. Assessments are also done on a quarterly basis or more often if needed.

Assisted Living at John-Wesley Villas is designed for residents who need minimal assistance and desire to enjoy the fellowship and services that community living offers them.
