Cordale Housing Association is delighted to act as factor andmanager for this prestigious new development at DalquhurnEstate on the Banks of the River Leven.

This leaflet gives an introduction to the services we will beproviding for the owners at MacBride Way, Renton.

Our RoleGenerally, we will be responsible for the administration of therepair, maintenance and insurance of all COMMON aspects ofthe properties i.e. areas that are shared in ownership. In thisrespect, we will act as agents for the respective proprietors allin accordance with the Title Deeds governing the Development.

Common Service ChargesIn terms of the Deed of Conditions, the legal documentforming part of the Title Deeds, all owners pay an equalproportion of common repairs and maintenance charges. Wewill issue a account to you quarterly during the months ofFebruary, May, August and November. Monthly Direct Debitarrangements gives all owners the opportunity to budgetaccordingly for these costs.
