Health Information Supervisor: The Health Information Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising health information staff and serves as the custodian of (client) records. Coordination of compliance audit activities and communication of expectations and reporting results are the key functions of this position. The CCO provides reports directly to the Executive Committee/Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer. The position ensures compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that UIHS policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the UIHS Standards of Conduct.
