Specifically, you will be supporting the department's objective of attracting and selecting a diverse pipeline of candidates for Copart's internship program for our business and technical functions. You will also be responsible for coordinating and monitoring immigration related needs of foreign national employees such as H1B visa applications, extensions, and Green Card processing. Duties will include: • Organize, schedule and coordinate college campus events. • Facilitate the final evaluation of candidates and coordinate the job offer process. • Track recruiting data including start and end dates, acceptance rates, demographics, diversity, yield per school, cost per hire, etc. • Attend job fairs and other college recruiting events as necessary. • Act as the liaison between foreign national employees and immigration attorneys. • Track and maintain immigration/visa data • Post legally required immigration notices in designated locations. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Required Skills: • Good presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal) • Ability to organize multiple assignments simultaneously and manage multiple projects at once. • Strong internal and external customer focus and the desire to work in a fastpaced, rapidlychanging environment • Computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office software. 87713 / Recruiting Assistant Intern or Full Time Copart, Inc.
