Position at a Glance:

The position will work on the development/enhancement of existing web Scrapping/Reporting tool for multiple clients. The responsibilities of the position includes but not limited to:

Development skills – Support existing tool development plus additional features, from design and documentation, to final implementation.

Quality Assurance - Ensure integrity of data delivered through rigorous attention to detail and validation of data including adherence to all regulatory, privacy compliance and security procedures. Follow coding standards and structured development life cycle.

Business Focus – Understand the specific and tangible benefits on how these efforts support the business and be able to fully understand business objectives and underlying drivers.

Document and Knowledge Management – Create documentation for code and document knowledge to share within team.

About You – Qualifications and Requirements:

Technical Skills – Proficient using development languages like Python, Perl, PHP, C, Java (or similar) and SQL for application development. Python experience is a plus.

Project Planning – Ability to translate desired goal into sequential steps that need to be executed through the analytical/reporting process.

Organization – Ability to handle multiple tasks across projects and document analytical processes for future reference.

Critical Thinking – Ability to evaluate data and cross-check through multiple iterations to confirm accuracy throughout analytical process. Ability to understand and follow logical processes to provide results.

Adaptation - High degree of flexibility and ability to work in a self-directed environment.

Collaboration and Initiative - Ability to collaborate with others or work independently, seek guidance when needed, initiate action, adapt to change, and accept challenging assignments.
