Due to expansion and ongoing growth we have a requirement for a telesales and online researcher to assist us with further lead generation. This is a key and varied role within our business and would suit someone looking to progress their career into sales or lead generation marketing. Primary Purpose of Role: Working with business development and marketing to make telephone contact with potential new customers and conduct online research to identify named individuals within target businesses. Main Responsibilities: Outbound B2B telesales to identify named individuals within target companies Tele appointment setting Contact and follow up on early stage leads to secure meetings for sales team Online research to identify suitable businesses and contacts for prospecting, email and direct marketing Maintain and update information on CRM system Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Experience within a sales and marketing environment, ideally business to business Excellent telephone manner and ability to converse at all levels Self-sufficient and proactive Target driven – number of calls, conversions, appointments made etc. Attention to detail and experience of using CRM systems Previous telesales experience desirable To apply for this position, or for more information, contact [email protected]
